"Located by this plaza not too far away from the Haiphong train station and other stores. The room, with no window, was very clean and quiet, with a separate enclosure for the bathroom. There were multiple wall outlets for charging devices. The staff spoke little English but they were very warm and friendly. "

"The hotel is not too far from the central areas of Hai Phong. It's a new hotel, and has 2 floors dedicated as a wedding hall. The staff were friendly and spoke a little English. The room was sparkling clean and white, everything is new. Nice big LG TV if you're into flipping around. Didn't use the kitchenette, but it came with all pots and pans if I needed it. Bathroom was clean and new, shower was hot and water pressure very high. My few gripes with the place: I'm 6 feet tall, and the bed...

"It's Clean, it's reasonably close to the busier parts of HaiPhong, but.... And this is quite disappointing. IF YOU BOOK HERE BE PREPARED FOR SOME TYPE OF EXTRA FEES TO SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY We arrived & were told a story that the room that we booked had broken air-conditioning. The lady said we would have to pay extra 120,000 dong for a different, bigger room for 4 nights, plus we must pay extra 30,000d for cleaning fees. We showed our booking confirmation through Expedia which didn't mention...

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"

"Excellent customer service, clean facility. Convenient and walkable to nearby attractions. Great infinity rooftop pool and laundry service. The only downfall is the room is very small and the breakfast is very basic. Other than that, everything else was good. "
